Boat on the Bayou, Dinner in the Quarter
Saturday September 8, 2012
Boat on the Bayou, Dinner in the Quarter is a charity event hosted by the senior class of The Culinary Institute of America. The evening includes a boat on the Hudson River for cocktail hour and a silent auction. Following your cruise, dinner will be a modern take on traditional New Orleans cuisine at Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici. Proceeds will benefit the Chef Robert Briggs Memorial Scholarship and Caring for Carcinoid Foundation. Chef Briggs was a professor at the CIA who taught many members of this class.
